Summary

   The home is evaluated by one of our experienced licensed Houston home inspection professionals. Recommendations for improvements are provided as well as a pre-sale make ready check list. Once the home has passed  our basic assessment for certification, a yard sign is issued for placement in front of the house, informing buyers’ that they are looking at a quality home. We are also available to the buyer for an on-site walk through for additional fees.
