I wanted to take a minute to provide some feedback. You
company was extremely easy to work with and I was very
impressed with the level of detail in the report. I have
just moved to Houston from Canada and am unsure of the
building code, do not know a lot about termites, the issues
with foundation because of the composition of the ground but
your report was very easy to understand.
I also wanted to forward you a section of an email I
received from my builder. Since they see many inspection
reports I was pleasantly surprised with his email and his
reaction to your report. He wrote:
"I just read through the inspection report, you may
have stumbled upon one of the most detailed inspectors I've
ever seen. Most of them do not give half of the details,
and he obviously knows his job well. I just wanted to let
you know that you seem to have found a good one!"
